GREETINGS IN JESUS!

I must start out by saying how much appreciation goes out to those of you who help keep this ministry going through your prayers and support in what appears to be a late hour. So much is happening so fast now and I feel so blessed by our Lord to be a watchman for the Church in the latter part of this last generation. But it couldn’t happen without you guys. Again, thanks ever so much!

ANOTHER POLYGAMOUS MORMON GROUP EXPOSED

As you probably already know, there have been 416 children and over 100 women taken from a Texas ranch near El Dorado, Texas. The young girls in this polygamous group are forced to be “spiritually” married and start having sex with older men as soon as they reach puberty.

Now Mormons will argue that this is not true Mormonism, and that they have stopped polygamous practices many years ago, and that these fundamentalist Mormons should not be linked with “real” Mormonism. But what is real Mormonism, and why do they look at the word “fundamentalist” as a bad thing, not to be linked with? What does fundamentalism mean?

The dictionary defines the fundamentalist Christian as a Christian who believes the fundamentals of Christianity as seen in the Word of God, the Bible, and acts accordingly. The fundamentalist Mormon is the Mormon who believes in the writings of their church also as the word of God, and also acts accordingly.

In Mormonism they have what is called the “four standard works”: the Bible, Doctrine and Covenants (D and C), the Pearl of Great Price, and the Book of Mormon. In Doctrine and Covenants 132, it speaks of the need to have a polygamous relationship in order to get into Mormon heaven. This is an “everlasting covenant”. So any Mormons who believes in their four standard works must have a polygamous relationship, or they cannot be considered a true Mormon nor go to heaven!

My uncle Barr, who was not considered to be a fundamentalist Mormon, also had a secret second wife. Although the Mormon church tries to hide the fact today, multitudes of Mormon men in non- Fundamentalist groups have secondary wives, usually kept in secret.

In recent years there has been an ever-growing amount of dedicated Mormons returning to true Mormonism and polygamy. However, many Mormon women, while willing to go along with most Mormon doctrine, still have major problems about being one of many wives. Who wouldn’t!

Many of you saw on the news that great white building on those Mormon grounds used for housing the most righteous Mormons. All Mormon temples are bright white. I’m reminded of the Scripture in Matthew 23:27 “ Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For ye are like unto whited sepulchers which indeed appear beautiful outward but are within full of dead men’s bones and all uncleanness.” Both fundamental and non-fundamental Mormon groups trust at least partly in their own righteousness to get into heaven and this is why they can not.

Now while these fundamental Mormon sects have tried to keep their youth blinded to the outside world, ministries such as this have been able to infiltrate and bring real information to these youths and as a result, many want out! They just don’t know how. They’re told that if they leave, they will be tormented in hell for all eternity! They are also taught Mormonism’s doctrine of blood atonement. This has nothing to do with the atoning blood of Jesus, but that their own blood must be shed! I believe this is why my own sister was murdered. She left the Mormon church - the non-fundamentalist Mormons. Mormon doctrine is Mormon doctrine in both groups.

Only recently has there been a major Christian outreach known to be available to these women and in many cases very young girls for an escape from these polygamous relationships. There are now billboards along the sides of freeways with a toll-free number they can call for help.

Another helpful tool is the new DVD entitled: Lifting the Veil of Polygamy. It shows the non-fundamentalist Mormon how he or she falls short of true Mormonism, unless they, too, establish a polygamous relationship. This DVD has already made it into the homes of many Mormon families. Many Mormons have become devastated to realize they have fallen short of true Mormonism. The DVD also goes on to explain what the Bible teaches concerning salvation and gives a hope that most Mormons have never even heard before. If you would like a copy of this DVD, it's available for a gift of any amount this month. It’s simply entitled: Lifting the Veil of Polygamy.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR AND SURVIVE THE SOON COMING
FINANCIAL AND SOCIAL MELTDOWN...

A financial meltdown will cause a social meltdown. Can’t have one without the other. History proves this. So, how can we prepare and survive such a meltdown? Seeing as this is as imminent as the rapture now, this is something we must do more than just think about.

Well, it’s simple. Begin by getting out of debt. Getting in debt is something we should never have done to begin with because it goes against God’s Word.

“The rich ruleth over the poor and the borrower is servant to the lender.” (Proverbs 22:7)

If we’ve broken that law, we may need to reap what we’ve sown. This includes everything from house payments to car payments to student loans to credit card debt and everything in between.

Now that you have that taken care of, ha ha, think farming. Think survival. Think the 1929 crash. Back then, we were a nation of farmers. Today, we are a nation of Internet junkies.

Be far from any large cities. The more acreage, the better, but at least 1 acre. Good fertile farmland is best. Make good friends with all your neighbors. You may need one another to survive. Bartering etc.

Be prepared to be off the power grid. It is likely we’ll experience some nuclear activity, perhaps in the next few months. If an average nuclear missile explodes 100 miles over the middle of the United States, it would cause an electro magnetic pulse (EMP) which would take out the power grid coast to coast. PERMANENTLY! It would have to be rebuilt. If nuclear activity is more limited, say to a few cities, the latest news is that they will most likely be in New York City, Washington D.C., Miami, FL, Houston, TX, Las Vegas, NV and Los Angeles, CA. This too would cause major power outages for an undetermined period of time.

It’s likely that even without any nuclear activity, the United States will soon experience martial law and a police state from a financial meltdown.

There are two schools of thought concerning survival. The storing up of certain necessities and the continued production of the same. Both are good to take a serious look at.

If stocking up on rations, be rational! During the Y2K scare many stocked up on items they would not likely have ever used in a normal situation. Canned foods are good because they last for a very long time but be sure you obtain things you’re actually going to use anyway. Pastas are also long-lasting as long as they are kept from moisture. So are corn, wheat and other grains if kept dry and away from things such as mice. A good storage container could be as simple as metal or plastic garbage cans with tops (metal if you are protecting from rodents). Of course you’ll need a tool to grind these grains into flour. There are electric as well as hand driven tools to do this. Look up “grain mills” on the Internet.

ON MEDICATIONS…? Obviously, you cannot produce the same medicines you’ve been obtaining from the pharmacy, so this is something you should either stock up on or learn to live without and/or replace with natural means. And you may be surprised to learn how in many cases this is possible.

For instance, concerning viruses, according to the U.C.L.A. Medical Department, Colloidal Silver (which is sold in many heath food stores yet can also be made at home) was tested on over 650 viruses. Their report stated that Colloidal Silver killed every virus tested in the lab!

There are many other natural ways to combat the many illnesses people are using prescription drugs for. High blood pressure? What about celery? Celery is almost considered a medicine for high blood pressure. How much do you need? Probably more than you’d want to eat, but there’s also juicing of and/or food supplements available today. All of this information is on the Internet.

Another good place to go is called Puritan’s Pride, a vitamin and food supplement company that has the best prices I’ve ever seen. They can be found at: www.puritan.com, or simply call them and ask for a catalog and another free booklet they have that tells which food supplements work for which ailments. 1-800-645-1030. There’s also a ton of information on this subject on a DVD we have available for a gift of any amount entitled: The Medical Conspiracy.

BATTERIES... Have plenty of them! Every size! There are also solar battery chargers. These, too, can be found on the Internet. Simply type in “solar battery chargers”. You’ll be surprised to see what pops up!

Rechargeable batteries can be recharged hundreds of times, but they also run down faster. Few know this, but regular alkaline batteries can also be charged many times.

There are also solar chargers for 12 volt car batteries. There’s also converters that go from 12 volt to 110 for running some appliances.

(Note: Solar battery chargers need good sunlight throughout the day. If it’s cloudy however, they still work. Just a little slower. Also, most anything solar can be enhanced through mirrors. Just be sure not to over do it and burn up your solar charger with too much heat.)

WATER... You’ll need water, so a good working well is essential for a continued supply. If you have a shallow well, 15-30 feet, a hand pump is good. Deeper wells require other means for pumping. A gasoline generator is good if gasoline is available. To pump water from a deep well you’ll need a generator of at least 3500-4000 watts. Such a generator is also good for many other tasks such as keeping foods refrigerated. Also, the windmill has been around for a very long time.

It also rains and snows. Water storage and purification is something to look at. Some people where I live have cisterns. These are large- capacity cement containers in the ground below the freezing line. For smaller water containers, you can obtain plastic 55 gallon drums which can be easily pumped from by simple hand pumps with a 3 foot stem reaching to the bottom of the barrel. A siphoning hose also works.

As far as water filtering and purification goes, there are filtering systems from companies such as Brita which have filters as simple as a filter in a one gallon pitcher. There are more elaborate systems from various other companies as well. Also, there’s Colloidal Silver which kills any bacteria in water. And, as is used today in city water, chlorine bleach. A few drops per gallon should also kill any bacteria. In either case, shake well, let it sit an hour, shake well again, wait another hour. Also, boiling water should kill all bacteria but be sure it’s boiled for at least an hour. I have a friend who went camping at a lake and ran out of water. They used lake water. Boiled it about 20 minutes then used it for cooking. They figured after both heat applications, they should be safe. Within just a few hours they became very sick!

WHAT ABOUT SEWAGE…? Years ago, when I was living in the city, my water was turned off for three days due to a water main break. Many needed to run down to the local gas station a few times a day to use their facilities. I had a 55 gallon drum of water. All one needs to do is put enough water in their toilet tank and the toilet will flush just fine. Also doesn’t hurt to have an outhouse.

NEED HEAT…? Where I live, I have used wood as my main heat source. My wood stove has gotten me through many a harsh winter. There’s also kerosene heaters which are also quite sufficient but then you also need to stock up on kerosene.

NEED LIGHT AFTER SUNDOWN…? Battery powered lighting is okay for a while but batteries run down. The biblical oil in the lamp has stood the test of time. Kerosene lamps work great! I have a few I use much of the time anyway. Creates quite an ambience. With one or two on my kitchen table, I can read just fine! These too can be purchased at your local Wal-Mart type store but it’s best to purchase the kerosene from a place that sells it by the gallon. Much cheaper!

There’s also all kinds of inexpensive solar lights available today. They soak up the sun during the day and come on automatically when the sun goes down. They’re usually good for all night. Most also have an on/off switch you can turn off when you go to bed to conserve the battery power. The ones that “project” light work well as flashlights too!

WHAT ABOUT COMMUNICATIONS…? It’s nice to be able to turn on the radio or TV to learn what’s going on in the world.

But could you imagine what would happen if the power went out nation-wide? People would soon go pull out some radio that runs on batteries. But what if they learned there’s no broadcasts nation-wide? Can you imagine the panic? Here’s where a good battery operated short wave radio comes in handy. Short wave picks up transmission from all over the world so you’re going to hear world news reported when others won’t.

There’s also walkie-talkies for your own person-to-person communications. Many of these can now work up to 15 miles away without any special licenses required.

WANT TO LIVE OFF THE POWER GRID…? More and more people are doing this today. Many just want to save money by no longer having utility bills. But how much greater would it be if the power goes out yet you never noticed it? I just got in a new DVD that teaches you how to do this. Came from a Christian organization, and a man without any electrical or plumbing skills did this. If you’d like a copy, it’s available for a gift of any amount. It’s simply entitled: Living Off the Power Grid.

FUELS... Most gasoline engines can be converted to using ethanol made from corn. If you needed to purchase the corn, for the making of ethanol, it would cost about 50 cents per gallon.

To produce ethanol, it’s produced pretty much the same way as corn liquor (White Lightning). The Internet provides all the information needed to obtain or build a still-like device for the purpose of producing ethanol.

TOOLS… Again, the Internet is a very good tool in itself. Vast amounts of information on everything from farming to surviving the worst of situations.

There are also catalogs of tools. Everything from high tech down to the basics. One is Harbor Freight Tools. Everything from farm machinery to hand tools to solar applications. They’re on the Internet at: www.harborfreight.com or you can call them for a free catalog at 1-800-423-2567.

Another good place to check out is Mother Earth News Magazine. It has very back-to-the-basics information. They too are on the Internet at: www.MotherEarthNews.com or you can call them for subscription inquiries at 1-800-678-4883.

NEED TO DO THE WASH...? For a very long time, people used washboards. I have one I’ve actually used! It now hangs on my wall in case of an emergency but there’s also available out there these mini camping washing machines. They hold about 3 gallons of water, have a hand crank for agitation and can be easily placed on a kitchen counter and held stable via suction cups. I’ve used mine and it actually works great!

ENJOY YOUR DAILY HOT SHOWER...? There are solar camping showers that can be purchased at your local Wal-Mart type stores. These are made of heavy duty black plastic with a shower nozzle which can be filled, then heated over any form of heat source or simply put in a sunny area for a few hours. As mentioned earlier, a few years ago when I was in the city my neighborhood had no incoming water for a few days. While many in my neighborhood scurried around for drinking water and took no showers, I took my hot shower every day!

THINGS TO GROW… Plenty of corn, wheat, barley, oats and hay. Whole grains can be purchased in bulk through many health food stores dirt cheap without the dirt. All you need is a mill to grind into flour. There are electric as well as hand crank types. Whole grains can be stored in plastic or metal garbage cans (with lids) to keep out moisture and critters.

Also look at growing strawberries, blueberries, elderberries, blackberries, raspberries, lettuce, cabbage, radishes, onions, muskmelon, cantaloupe, watermelons, carrots, cucumbers, zucchini, eggplant, grapes, radishes, tomatoes, potatoes, yams, beets, cauliflower, broccoli, as well as anything else that will grow in your fertile garden. Just be wise and take the time to learn what will grow in your area first. Trial and error is not the way to go or grow.

As far as trees a little further out, apples, peaches, nectarines, cherries, apricots, plums, almonds and walnuts.

Where I was raised in the East Bay area of Northern California we had most of these things mentioned here in my back yard. We were on one acre! We raised chickens too!

Again, learn what will grow in your area. Maybe you can get into a place that already has these things. Also, harvest the seeds from all you grow. Many of the seeds from the fruits and vegetables purchased at stores are no longer capable of producing after themselves. This is a part of the New World Order. The controlling of food.

Be sure to have plenty of bottles for the putting up of preserves. This too can be learned from the Internet but better yet, just get with someone who’s been doing this for some time. Experience is priceless!

For further information on this, see the DVD entitled: The Future of Food (available for a gift of any amount).

ANIMALS... If so many things taste like chicken, why not just eat chicken? Chickens are easy to raise and are a very practical food source. A chicken coop and run does not take up much space. The aged droppings make good fertilizer for the garden. They also provide a steady source of protein from their eggs. Not to mention that Sunday night fried chicken dinner. Don't forget a couple of roosters so they will produce after themselves! How long do eggs last? Few realize this, but when you buy eggs at the store they can be over a month old already and can last at least another month in your refrigerator!

If you have enough room, you know what other farm animals are used for. Cattle and goats for milk and meat etc.

What about pets? They, too, may taste “just like chicken”, but in order to avoid finding out, you need to prepare to have enough food for them.

WHAT ABOUT HUNTING...? If we are plunged into a police state under martial law, we may have our guns taken from us. But if not, it's always a good thing to know how to hunt. Also learn how to gut and cut the animal for food. Smoked meats last a very long time. For generations it was commonplace for a hunter, after preparing his kill, to leave the meat in the smokehouse for months during the summer. This would provide meat all winter long. Even in the stores now, you’ll find smoked (not frozen) baby back ribs. Look at the expiration date. It’s months away!

If guns are taken from us, you might consider learning the skill of hunting with a bow and arrows. Bows have come a long way. With their pulleys and leverage, the compound bow is much easier to operate and can bring down deer, elk, etc.

WHAT ABOUT COOKING…? If we find ourselves taken off the power grid (no electricity) and let’s say there’s no natural gas being available as well, there are still many ways of cooking. We have more options today than those living 500 years ago. Again, think camping. Coleman stoves are a good way to go. Not the ones which use small canisters of propane. These canisters may not be available. The best are the older ones which use Coleman fuel many of which also use gasoline. A little bit goes a long way when used for cooking.

Also, many of us already use a propane barbeque. I’ve had one for years and again, it takes very little propane for cooking. One of these small tanks lasts me about 6 months and I use it often. Also works great to replace cooking on a stove. Stock up on a few propane bottles. If put on a low heat, the top grill also works as an oven with the lid closed.

Of course there’s always been the open flame. Any open flame cooks things. Ever been around a campfire? Ever roasted marshmallows or hot dogs? Got a grill to place on a fire? Then you’re cooking! Coleman also has a camping oven which works on any open flame or other heat source beneath. A simple metal box with 2-3 levels for placing grill-type shelves where you want them. Great for baking!

There’s also the Dutch oven. This is used for cooking just slightly under the ground with embers around it. Boy Scouts have been doing this for a long time. Look for heavy cast iron Dutch ovens at surplus stores or your local Costco or Sam's Club.

There’s also solar cooking. The Coleman camping oven mentioned above works great when coupled with concentrated heat from the sun. I have a neighbor who had one of these old 8 foot satellite dishes he was glad to get rid of. I hauled it home thinking I might paint it with a silver chrome paint and use it to help melt an ice build up in my driveway. Took me about 40 minutes to spray paint it. (I should have used a 1 gallon can with a brush or roller. Would have been faster.) The dish was facing the east where the sun was reflected on me. Even though it was quite cold out with snow and ice all around, after 40 minutes of painting this thing I came in my cabin, looked in the mirror and found I had a sunburn! Good thing I didn’t glue small mirrors to it! If you mount one of these Coleman ovens about 3 feet away from the middle of a dish as this, it makes a great oven. Even comes with a temperature gauge. Even the newer small dishes work too. Just takes a little longer. Don’t have chrome paint? You can also line them with aluminum foil, shiny side out.

BACK TO REALITY… I know for many, these ideas are next to impossible. But some things are not. It’s always good to be prepared. The coming financial and social crash is as imminent as the rapture of the Church. It’s important to be ready for both! It’s also important to be ready to reach out to others.

I’m reminded of a story from a man who had a dream where he had been taken into the very large room. Couldn’t see the end of it. In this room was a table of scrumptious food also reaching farther than the man could see. This dining table was filled with people as far as the eye could see. But they were moaning and groaning from hunger pains! Turns out, their forks, knives and spoons were all about three feet long and could not reach their mouths.

The man was then brought into another identical room but this time all the people were full of joy, laughter and food. These people learned to feed one another.

THE POPE AND THE UNITED NATIONS UNITED…!

As you know, the Pope came to America and was met by President Bush at the airport!

Because of the multitudes of people coming out protesting and exposing how they were sexually abused by Catholic priests, the Pope had to apologize to all of America before he could do what he came here for, which was to speak to the nations of the world united. He addressed the U.N. General Assembly. During his speech he spoke of unity. Unity of peace and prosperity, human rights, cultures and religions. This Pope “Benedict” is playing no small part in the ushering in of a one world government, religion and the kingdom of the anti-Christ!

As I listened to him, I couldn’t help but be reminded of the scene in the film Left Behind: Where’d Everybody Go? The scene was shortly after the rapture and the Pope spoke to the whole world with the same words I heard from this Pope!

If you haven’t yet seen this DVD, you should. It should also be shown in all churches and fellowships. If you would like a copy, it’s available for a gift of any amount this month. Again, simply entitled: Left Behind: Where’d Everybody Go?

IS AMERICAN IDOL AN IDOL WORSHIP…?

Scripturally, no. A little vain perhaps as contestants try to earn their way to fame. But I’ve noticed an interesting trend. It seems Christianity has gotten into areas there. Not only from an occasional Christian song picked out by Christian contestants, but sometimes a pretty good witness as well as good works in the name of our Lord Jesus! Each year they do a special called Idol Gives Back. It was so Christian! The last song sung was a tremendous praise song. Shout Unto The Lord! They raised millions of dollars. What did they do with the money? They got 8 million mosquito nets into Africa! 3000 children die of Malaria every day there simply because they don’t have a mosquito net. They also sent medication. Let’s not limit the Lord regarding the vessels He wishes to use. Who knows, He might even use you or me.

ENDING NOTE…

I must give praise and thanks to my Lord Jesus for allowing this least of His servants to serve Him, the lost and the Church in what appears to be a late hour.

I must also thank those of you who help keep this ministry going through your prayers and gifts of support. Both of which are needed at this time. Feel free to share any part of this newsletter with anyone. Including posting on the Internet the article on How To Prepare and Survive the Soon Coming Financial and Social Meltdown. Meanwhile, if you know of any other CDS or DVDS dealing with this subject, please do let me know.

Yours because His:
Jim
